The city has arrived, It's story has arrived (Part 1)

The usually bustling streets stay calm, making way for the inheritors as they march through. They don't care where they are supposed to walk; they don't care about right and wrong. They will make their own way: it's their way, its their life!

Funny that the assertive board hangs outside the bookstore and not the toy-store. Unity of the so called "intellectual and thought provoking" ones?

As two-wheelers have replaced cycles, Pune now becomes the city of motorbikes. The grim state of public transport compels commuters to own a two-wheeler. With rising pollution levels, women cover their faces while riding two-wheelers. The pattern has become so common that they have developed several ways to cover their faces. The trend has become so famous that they are now called the bandit queens of Pune.

Pampering its alter ego, Pune at night seems altered. Much bigger, much brighter, competing with itself, trying to keep pace, undergoing a personality change! The intellectual capital waking up, coping with new realities.
